Many problem life in the middle men and women. Only one problem is men always have higher status and role than women. It is because some of reason, among other things:
1. Traditional rule in the middle social life.

From some of reason in above, look at man as head family and leader in a social life. Women in contact, only possess clown as behind friend for men. In this modern century, women of course have higher status and role than men, example the president. Now in modern century, in work world although woman have sit take hold of many companies, but men always have higher status and role than women. It because can not all work woman perform, example piot, co-piot, engineer, and engine driver train. And also, some of role work can not woman perform, example project manager and head office as ending taking over place. So, that many explain only set men always have higher status and role than women anywhere, anytime, and anythings in the middle traditional social life or modern social life in the world.
